Yes, a booking deposit and a security deposit is required for any event at Three Cedars. A non-refundable booking fee of $100 for day rentals and $300 for overnight rentals is due at the time of reservation to secure your date. A refundable security/damage deposit of $100 for day rentals and $400 for overnight rentals is required and refunded if property is left in good condition. Full payment of rental costs is due no later than 30 days before your event.
Your rental includes full use of the main room furnishings, kitchenette, two bathrooms, a Bluetooth sound system, two 55‑inch TVs, one upstairs bedroom, the firepit, and the surrounding yard. Guests are also welcome to enjoy our selection of yard games. For overnight stays, all daytime amenities remain available, and you’ll have access to all three bedrooms for a comfortable, home‑like experience.
Tables, chairs and tablecloths are available for an additional charge of $1 per chair or tablecloth and $5 per table. We offer a choice of black or white tablecloths.
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends and holidays, as dates tend to fill up quickly.
Three Cedars is designed for intimate gatherings of up to 40 guests inside. Leveraging the outdoor space – the number of guests can vary greatly.
Yes! We’re an open-vendor venue, so you may bring in your own food or hire your favorite caterer.
Yes, we are a BYOB venue. You’re welcome to bring your own beer, wine, and liquor. We simply ask that all guests follow applicable state and county regulations regarding alcohol consumption.
