Our rental rates vary based on the day and time of your event. Check out our pricing highlight for day and overnight rates.

A non-refundable booking fee of $100 is due at the time of reservation to secure your date for any day rentals. A non-refundable booking fee for overnight rentals will be determined at time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your event.

Your rental includes full use of the main room furnishings, kitchenette, two bathrooms, a Bluetooth sound system, two 55‑inch TVs, one upstairs bedroom, the firepit, and the surrounding yard. Guests are also welcome to enjoy our selection of yard games. For overnight stays, all daytime amenities remain available, and you’ll have access to all three bedrooms for a comfortable, home‑like experience.

Yes. Tables and chairs are available for an additional charge of $1 per chair and $5 per table, which includes your choice of black or white tablecloths.

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends and holidays, as dates tend to fill up quickly.

Three Cedars is designed for intimate gatherings of up to 40 guests inside. Leveraging the outdoor space – the number of guests can vary greatly.

Yes! We’re an open-vendor venue, so you may bring in your own food or hire your favorite caterer.

Yes, we are a BYOB venue. You’re welcome to bring your own beer, wine, and liquor. We simply ask that all guests follow applicable state and county regulations regarding alcohol consumption.
